Delivery & Pick-up
This is a curbside service only. This does not include set-up and breakdown of TGC equipment. All equipment is to be placed in the same spot it was delivered for pick-up. If items rented are not ready at time of pick-up additional charges may apply.
Set-up & Breakdown
This if for TGC equipment only. This does not include the removal of debris from rented equipment, nor does it include the set-up or breakdown of location, customer's equipment, or the staffing of items throughout event time.
Ceremony Coordinating
This service is available to help those who need that extra peace of mind on their wedding day. We will be there for rehearsal to guide you through every step of the way. From the Prelude, to the Vows, to the Ring Exchange, to the Unity Candle, all the way to the Recessional. On the day of the wedding we will be there to help calm any last minute concerns. We will be there to pin on boutonnières, corsages, and pass out bouquets. We will be there to tell you when it's your time to walk down the aisle, making sure you look your best.
Reception Coordinating
This service is for those who want to relax at the reception and not worry about "Did we do this, did we do that....?" From the time your guests start to arrive at the reception we will be there to make sure drinks and appetizers are ready for your guests arrival and that the mood is set (soft music, lights turned down, and candles lit). We will also make sure your caterer will be ready serve food on time. In the meantime, we will be keeping our eye out for the bride & groom's arrival, so you can make your grand entrance. Throughout the night we will also guide you through your First Dance, Specialty Dances, Cake Cutting, Toasting, Bouquet & Garter Toss, as well as your Exit. |
